Certain TabletSettings Sliders' display values are not rounded #32920

Bug description
Likely a regression from #32820.
Apparent on the current display value of X/Y Offset, Width, Height and Rotation Values of the Tablet Settings.
Also certain Min/Max display values like of X/Y Offset, Width, Height and Aspect Ratio. Please refer to the linked discussion.
Other sliders look fine to me from some minor skimming (most has DisplayAsPercentage = true), beside for the ones in TestSceneSafeAreaHandling. I did not find any differences in functionality so I only mentioned the cosmetic issues.
