Rugspull v0.4.0 — evidence snapshot 1

This prerelease is a public evidence checkpoint for Rugspull's BSC-first MVP. It is not a launch
announcement, an invitation to create or trade a new mainnet Rug, an audit, a safety certification,
or a promise of liquidity, execution, recovery, or returns. Organized new mainnet activity remains
NO-GO while the published activation gates are unresolved. Total loss remains possible.

Canonical identity

  • Network: BNB Smart Chain mainnet, chain id 56

  • Quote asset: WBNB only
  • Canonical market: Rugspull's internal constant-product RugPool, not PancakeSwap
  • Source status: Sourcify and BscScan exact match; source verification is not an audit

Fixed v0.4 mechanism

  • 45% Founder Allocation remains held by RugInstance, not the Creator wallet
  • 24-hour Opening and a further 48-hour Founder lock
  • The protocol-held Founder Allocation can be sold only once, in full, into canonical RugPool
  • RugPool exposes no reserve-withdraw path and issues no LP token
  • Failed Openings preserve one-shot contributor refunds and a separate Creator-stake withdrawal
  • Wallets sign settlement actions; the Worker API does not buy, sell, rug, claim, or refund for users
  • D1 is a rebuildable index/cache and is not financial truth
