Origin-style MDI graph windows

The multi-plot windows campaign, complete (MULTI_PLOT_PLAN Tiers 1-3):

• Multiple plot windows — movable, resizable, focusable windows in the plot stage; Tile / Cascade / Ctrl-Tab cycling; minimize to a window strip; double-click to maximize; inline rename + dataset badges
• Workspace persistence — window layouts and per-window plot views save/restore through .dwk and autosave
• Per-window backgrounds — pin any window to a light or dark graph page (Origin's white-page-in-a-dark-app model), with automatic contrast substitution for low-visibility line colours
• Edge snapping — frames snap to canvas and sibling edges while dragging/resizing (Alt bypasses)
• Link groups — opt-in cursor crosshair + x-range sync across windows (groups 1/2/3, ⧟ toggle)
• Snapshot windows — freeze the current plot into a static compare window (⊞); immune to later data edits
• Drag-and-drop — drop a Library dataset onto a window to rebind it, or onto empty canvas for a new window; per-window pin (⚲) opts out of Library-follows
• Any document floats — background windows render polar/stat/stacked modes from their own saved view; worksheet and 2-D map document windows (full MDI)

Plus the Origin fidelity batch: multi-panel error bars, rich-text label translation, %(n) legend templates, flush shared-x stacked panels, lazy per-book transport for multi-book imports (22x smaller payloads), boxed axes + publication typography defaults, and a cross-platform log-tick exactness fix.
