Full-trust checking for scripts that attempt to write files or access system commands (this is a breaking change for automation).
New location of settings file, buttons file and plug-ins on Mac, Windows and Linux, corresponding to how these platforms standardized such locations since 2007 (this is a breaking change for plug-in writers and users of the sendpraat subroutine).
