chore(release): 0.1.0

Minor bump for the permission-decision translation feature in the
Copilot transport (sdk-copilot.ts) and the new cross-provider e2e
coverage (copilot / opencode / pi / acp). Backwards-compatible: the
documented `{ decision: "allow" | "deny" }` shape now works on
Copilot too, and the SDK-native `{ kind: "approve-once" | ... }`
shape is still accepted via pass-through.
