Privacy-compliant desktop distribution

  • Adds a complete local data-processing, sharing, retention, deletion, and contact policy.
  • Advertises the project and LinkedIn privacy policies in the MCPB manifest.
  • Exposes the project privacy policy in PyPI metadata and bundles it in the desktop extension.

All 438 offline tests pass on Python 3.12 and 3.13. The release workflows will attach checksummed, attested Python and MCPB artifacts, publish PyPI and multi-architecture GHCR packages, and publish Official MCP Registry metadata.
