Phaseshift 2025 V2

This is a continuation of the version 3.3.

This now has a special page for the phaseshift meridian events. header has been updated along with that some data information was also fixed. for now the main home page is a placeholder for a background fullscreen image that will be used during the event.

post the completion of the event another release will be made so that the full site is packaged as a normal site.
