Patch: The project moves to ogcode.in

The project's web address is now ogcode.in. Everything the software reaches
out to moved with it: the site and its downloads, the documentation, the OGX
gateway that plan models run through, the connect page the browser is handed to,
and the update commands the built-in update skill tells you to run. An install
built from this release talks to the live endpoints; one built from an earlier
release still points at the retired ogcode.xyz hosts, which no longer resolve.

Other changes

• The OpenRouter requests this app makes now credit traffic to the new address,
  so they are no longer attributed to a host that is gone.
• Support and licensing email addresses now use the new domain.
