Release Notes — v0.44.3

Patch: The mark goes orange, and Discord goes away

The logo and the app's favicon are now the project's brand orange — the same
colour the interface has used as its default accent since v0.42.0. Until now the
mark was violet, so the tab icon and the accent inside the app did not match.

Discord is gone. There was never a server, and there will not be one, so the
badge, the nav item, the footer link and the FAQ entry pointed nowhere. The app
had its own links on the home page and under Settings → About, and those are
removed too.

Other changes

• The README is rewritten to lead with what Ogcode does rather than how it
  works — the architecture walkthrough and the roadmap are gone, and every
  remaining detail is delegated to the docs site.
• The README's hero screenshot is retaken against a throwaway project, so the
  public page no longer shows this repository's own session titles and paths.
