Patch: The OGX plan shows its models by the names the plan grants

Your Ogcode plan grants a fixed set of models through the OGX gateway, and the
gateway names them in its own house style — ogx-deepseek-v4.1-flash, say, or
ogx-glm-5.3-flash. Settings → Models used to hide those behind a friendlier
label, which made it hard to tell which line on the plan you were actually
picking. It now shows the id the gateway serves, exactly as the plan grants it.

The friendlier name has not gone anywhere it was doing real work: an Ollama
endpoint, or any other silent OpenAI-compatible host, still gets the catalogued
display name. And the house ids are still recognised by the catalogue, so a plan
model keeps the context window and the per-token pricing already known for it —
only the label it is listed under changed.
