CLI/SDK probe-research 0.8.1 — self-update.

Features

probe update — one command to update the CLI and the Claude Code plugin to the latest release (#50). Detects how probe was installed (uv tool / pipx / pip) and runs the right upgrade; --check is a read-only staleness probe for scripts (exit 0 = current, 10 = update available); --yes skips the prompt; --plugin/--no-plugin toggles the plugin update.
Plugin bumped to 0.8.0.
