Added tree depth to the name of result file and progress file

In this version, the template for the name of a result or progress file now includes "depth_" followed by the depth of the tree used for computing columns of E.

Added max tree depth to pslqcontext

For the most part, the mission of pslqcontext is to hold the input to the PSLQ algorithm, the known answer PSLQ is supposed to find, and the current status of the PSLQ algorithm. It contains utilities for ascertaining the status, such as the minimum and maximum norms of solution vectors.

In order to support the mission to hold the input to the PSLQ algorithm, a field for the key parameter, maxTreeDepth, was added to pslqcontext.

Tree search for optimal columns of E

This release adds a tree search for columns of the reduction matrix, E, that reduce the Euclidean norm of the columns instead of the maximum entry of the columns.

column sorting in M based on column norms

Implemented a strategy where columns of M are sorted based on their norms, and reductions never increase norms of columns of M.

Known answer test logger

Added a logger to known answer tests so testing programs can, with a few lines, include logging of both progress and final results to the local file system.
