Spiel v1.1.2

Hardening release: fixes a pause/resume race that could wedge playback, adds a watchdog so the UI can never hang on a stuck engine, cleans up empty-selection handling, and adds a strict TypeScript gate to the build.

Install: download spiel-extension.zip, unzip, then chrome://extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked → pick the folder. Then run the one-line voice install (see README).
