Improve service detection and reorganize categories

Service detection:
- Reduce false positives across all services
- Improve Braintree detection to match payment SDK only
- Improve Mailchimp detection for WordPress plugin and forms
- Add missing Plausible and Cloudflare package detection
- Add basic PHP site detection
- Fix scan path argument and improve error page detection

Categories:
- Split COMM into CHAT (Intercom, Crisp, etc.) and NOTIFY (email services)
- Move Firebase and Supabase from AUTH to INFRA
- Fix spacing after LEGAL category icon
- Add MIT license
