Updated libs: satan 0.3.3.
Added support for systemd. Should fix issue #44.
Add 'edge' branch from NPM as an alternative to the stable branch for getting updates.
Check for updates not only at startup, but every 1 hour while the agent is running.
CP plugin: Fixed bug when trying to unmap nonexisting port mapping.
CP plugin: Added check for API key for push mapper, which is required for generating the secret.
