📋 Nexus Diagnostic Suite - Release Notes

This version contains mandatory updates to the Core Diagnostic Engine. To maintain clinical compliance and ensure accurate patient readings, all previous versions will be deprecated.
🚀 Key Improvements & New Features
Mandatory Update Gate: Implemented a system-wide integrity check. The application now requires the latest version to be installed before diagnostic tools (Microscopy/Glucose) can be accessed.
Sensor Calibration: Optimized the voltage sampling algorithm for the Glucose Monitoring Panel, reducing signal noise and improving accuracy in the 10-150 mg/dL range.
Hardware Watcher 2.0: Improved the serial connection handshaking with Arduino devices. This resolves the Uncaught TypeError during the application initialization phase.
🛠️ Bug Fixes
UI Color Logic: Fixed an issue where the Cancer Screening and Glucose Level icons failed to render their specific status colors (Crimson/Amber).
Data Persistence: Resolved a race condition where patient records could be lost if the database was busy during a high-speed serial stream.
Memory Management: Optimized the AppInitializer lifecycle to prevent redundant scans of the USB ports on startup.
🔌 Hardware Compatibility
Firmware Support: Fully compatible with Nexus-Sensor Firmware v1.2.4 and above.
Baud Rate: Standardized default baud rate to 115200 for enhanced data throughput.
📦 Installation Notes
Click Update & Relaunch on the Nexus Startup screen.
The application will automatically download the patch and restart.
Post-Update Action: It is recommended to run a "Normal Reference" scan to re-verify sensor baseline after installation.
