Angular 22 Support

PrimeNG currently supports Angular 21, but Angular 22 has been released. It would be great to have official compatibility and support for Angular 22.

It would be great to have compatibility with new signal forms since by using primeng components on signal forms throws many different (non-blocking) errors

I am pretty sure the team is working on it, and I think I read somewhere in their documentation that in general we can expect several weeks or months gap period before the new compatible version of PrimeNG is released after Angular. I don’t remember the lenght of that period.

PrimeNG v22 is planned by the end of this month.

i have same issue when i upgraded my angular project from version 21 to 22 it return PrimNg 21 not support version 22 any suggestion

Yes: Do not plan to update your application until PrimeNG v22 is released.

I think PrimeNG v21 should work with Angular 22 as well although I haven't tested it. PrimeNG v22, takes advantage of modern Angular APIs like Signal Forms which is not available in PrimeNG v21.
