Initial Beta version of OpenUtau - PRINTmov Edition

OpenUtau fork based on PRINTmov's use cases aims for beginner-friendly (with Thai support), fully compatible with PRINTmov singers.

Changelog:

• This version is just a bridge to merge beta-enabled clients to the stable version.

Main features:

• Flat note names (e.g., Bb instead of A#) with toggle under View > Scale degree display style.
• Reworked phonemizer selector, easier to understand for beginners, as simple as selecting a singing language (for DiffSinger only).
• The singing language selector automatically detects the voicebank's supported languages (for DiffSinger only).
• Added Singer Repository, install and update PRINTmov singers right from the program. No external ZIP download/installation required.
• UI language selector in Preferences (Default / English / Thai) with a proper Thai UI font (Leelawadee UI).
• Thai DiffSinger Phonemizer is built-in.
• Thai UTAU Phonemizer utilizes G2P.

Minor changes:

• Voice Color (CLR) is now the first and default expression (was Dynamics).
• Singer portrait fills the full piano-roll height.
• Auto-updater points at the PRINTmov fork.
• Some minor bug fix (mostly bug related to PRINTmov voicebanks).
