Directory-review fix: the plugin description no longer contains the word "Obsidian" (the community directory's automated review rejects it as redundant in context). The description now names the four surfaces directly: tag pane, Properties, autocomplete, and Notebook Navigator. No code changes; behavior is identical to 1.0.0.
