The skill still described the pre-replay behavior: emit the contract
and deploy, with migrations "applied at deploy" and no authoring step.
An agent following it would deploy without a committed migration path
and hit the MIGRATION_PATH_NOT_FOUND refusal. The pnPostgres section
now teaches the full loop — edit, contract emit, migration plan,
commit migrations/, deploy — names the refusal and its exits, and uses
the prisma CLI command names.
