Cannot download binaries from Russia

Question

Cannot download prisma binaries. Works only with VPN. Is there block for users from Russia?

In Russia, unfortunately, cloudflare was blocked :(
I was able to fix this by set env PRISMA_ENGINES_MIRROR="https://registry.npmmirror.com/-/binary/prisma"
