However, there is a bug in the API which returns empty thread snippets.
Moved the processing of threads out of adapter. Moved batc request callback out of asynctask.
Conflicts: res/values/strings.xml src/ly/priv/mobile/gui/MainActivity.java
If the first mail and last mail in a thread are sent by different email ids, then it displays it as "first name of first mail id...last name of last email id"
