Fixes

• probitas init declares Node.js types. The generated package.json now includes @types/node and tsconfig.json sets "types": ["node"]. Without them probitas check reported process, Buffer and node:* imports as unknown in scenarios that replaced Deno.* with Node.js APIs, because the built-in checker (TypeScript 7 semantics) only loads the @types packages listed in types. Projects created with 2.0.0: add both yourself (see MIGRATION.md). (#119)
• probitas run --help and probitas list --help no longer show the --reload option, which was removed in 2.0. (#119)
• probitas run --help lists the reporters that exist (list, json). MIGRATION.md names the removed 1.x Deno KV client correctly (client.deno_kv). (#120)

Release tooling

• The Nix package points at the v2.0.0 binaries (#117), and the publish workflow now runs the tests on the pull request that updates it (#118).
