Radxa ROCK 5B+ rsdk-b2 QEMU functional assets

Pinned boot assets for the downstream QEMU rock-5b-plus functional tests.
They cover both direct Linux boot and the complete Rockchip firmware path:
TPL/SPL -> verified U-Boot FIT -> U-Boot proper -> GPT/ext4/extlinux -> Linux.

Provenance

  • Board SDK release: Radxa ROCK 5B+ rsdk-b2
  • Firmware package: u-boot-rknext_2017.09-33-f73b1ee_arm64.deb
    (SHA256 2545d3f41f5008010bc88e58f2edbfde52023de999250aadfcca07b7adda1743)
  • Linux package: linux-image-6.1.43-15-rk2312_6.1.43-15-3176a44da_arm64.deb
    (SHA256 9d1bc0343a89fc39e44bf1c3f27177ffe60e6f3414ae88ede70332fdf786f86f)
  • Test initramfs: statically linked AArch64 BusyBox 1.36.1 with a deterministic
    === init done, exec sh === userspace marker.
  • QEMU-generated DTB: downstream machine model at commit
    546a09f31799fc81b7e241144552faa0bad0b7cc, generated for one Cortex-A55
    CPU and 1 GiB RAM.

Assets

  • Image-6.1.43-15-rk2312: uncompressed Radxa SDK Linux image for direct boot.
  • rock-5b-plus-initramfs.cpio.gz: minimal test userspace for direct boot.
  • rock-5b-plus-rsdk-b2-linux.raw.xz: compressed 128 MiB eMMC image for
    firmware boot. The Rockchip ID block starts at LBA 64, the U-Boot FIT at
    LBA 16384, and the GPT ext4 root partition at LBA 32768.
  • SHA256SUMS: manifest of the checksums pinned by QEMU's functional tests.

The firmware image is intentionally minimal and test-only; it is not a Radxa
desktop image. Both boot paths were verified under TCG through the Linux shell
marker before publication.

AX650X Ubuntu 22.04 QEMU functional assets v1

@zevorn zevorn released this 15 Jul 13:17

Pinned boot assets for the QEMU ax650x-pyramid functional test.

The AArch64 Image was built from dianjixz/module_650_linux commit fb7c7c20f504fbe5bf4db9a72e1f5b40efa1211f using the AXERA Linux 5.15.73 patch set and m5stack_AX650C_emmc_arm64_defconfig.

The Ubuntu userspace was constructed from the official Docker Hub ubuntu:22.04 arm64 image. The qcow2 has a 31,289,507,840-byte virtual size, preserves the AX650X fixed eMMC partition offsets, includes Fastfetch, and is intended to be used with snapshot=on. SHA-256 values are recorded in SHA256SUMS.
