Add option to export fields/templates JSON to file

### Short description of the enhancement

PW has a handy export/import feature for fields and templates, but currently you have to copy and paste the JSON data. 

Sometimes I want to export the data now but import it a bit later. Therefore it would be useful if there was a "Export to file" option in the Export step and an "Import from file" option in the Import step.
