Breaking changes

• Duration-related configs renamed – Updated many parameter names in Core to include Seconds. See the full release notes for the complete list of affected parameters.
• Removed requestSignedMetadata flag in issuanceProtocol config. This is only breaking if you have this flag set to false in one of your environments.

New features

• Verifier Provider – Added the ability to provide a backend service for Verifier app instances, including app attestation and automated Access Certificate provisioning.
