v0.12.0 - the docs platform
A changelog on the site, clearer docs, and a gate that keeps them that way. No new skills - this release makes the library easier to read and keeps it honest as it grows. The catalog stays 56 evidence-graded core skills plus 7 contested lenses.
For everyone
- A changelog on the site - a curated What's new page (with a release timeline) plus the full Changelog, generated from the source so they never drift.
- More accurate docs - the trust page now reflects the full 63-skill catalog (56 core + 7 contested, separate cohorts), a new FAQ explains the contested lenses, and the evidence model defines the compound grades (like M/P).
- Eight diagrams make the dense parts visual: the blind eval harness, the recipe handoff, the decision stack, the conformance gate, and the evidence-tier landscape.
For builders and contributors
- Four new CI guards keep the docs correct (the conformance gate goes from 9 to 13 layers): broken mermaid, redirect-hop links, broken repo-doc links, and release-version drift are now caught automatically.
- The machine-readable discovery surfaces (
llms.txt,llms-full.txt,catalog.json,evaluated.json) are linked for builders.
