NMWiz: Scaling modes at load

Default scaling for deformation vectors make them appear really long. Should auto not so smart scaling be removed, or should ProDy write nmd files for deformation after normalizing the vector?

Scaling factor is set to something larger than 1 if the mode length is smaller than 1.
