Independently verify CEX baseline dataset, partition, fold, prediction, model, and evaluator lineage before typed evidence can pass.

Dependencies and merge order

Stacked on #663. Merge after #663 and before the producer and MCTS admission PRs.

Focused validation

• cargo test -p alpha-domain --locked --lib (50 passed)
• cargo test -p alpha-engine --locked (83 passed, 1 credential-gated LLM test ignored)
• scoped Clippy with -D warnings and fmt checks passed
• Tampered dataset, partition, fold schedule, CART leaf count, predictions, model, and evaluator evidence reject.

Rollout and rollback

Research-only evidence verification. Roll back before dependent producer or admission PRs.
