DEPRECATED

Simple mod manager for Mik's friends. Tool can install dynamically defined mod packs described in the mod-pack-data folder in this repo. TOOL ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVEN'T CHANGED THE DEFAULT LETHAL COMPANY INSTALL LOCATION.
