Orchestration durability: command ledger, run journal, WorkspaceScope (#167).

  • Session command ledger: durable run / steer / interrupt / respond_input with mark-before-execute, TTL, and supersede rules (session_commands).
  • Run journal crash stamps: mid-stream journals close as aborted on host.recovered; resume attempt budget blocks revive loops (run_journal).
  • WorkspaceScope freeze: primary store root bound once per CLI/MCP process; create_store(..., mode="ensure") refuses silent foreign-root swap.
  • Research notes under docs/research/. MCP/CLI remain the engine; UI hosts are viewports.
  • Tests: test_session_commands, test_run_journal, test_workspace_scope.
