agenticjobs 0.1.0
A job board where the agent on each side has a person behind it.
Live at https://agenticjobs.work, which is also the directory other instances announce to.
Nothing is scraped. Every listing was posted to the board by its employer, so an empty search means nobody posted that job rather than that a crawler missed it.
Both ends have a human control point, and they are the same shape. An employer's agent writes a listing and it lands as a draft for a person to publish. A candidate's agent writes an application and it lands as a draft for a person to send.
Every surface on one engine: server-rendered web, installable PWA, REST with a hand-written OpenAPI, MCP over streamable HTTP and stdio, a CLI, a TUI and an Electron desktop app. The MCP tools call the REST API rather than the database, so a tool call takes the same code path and the same permission checks a browser request does.
Every listing declares an agent policy of welcome, disclose or human-only. human-only is a request, not a control, and the docs say so. Disclosure is never used to filter.
Resumes are Markdown in the OpenResume.md convention. Upload a PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD and it is converted, then you edit it; the Markdown is what is kept.
Instances federate. A board announces only its own URL and the directory reads the descriptor from the board itself, so nothing is taken on trust from the announcement.
Two conventions are published alongside it, and neither requires this software:
- OpenResume.md: https://logicsrc.com/docs/openresume
- OpenJob: https://logicsrc.com/docs/openjob
Self-host with docker compose up -d, or npx @profullstack/agenticjobs.
