Repository navigation
v0.35.0 — gh-pulse says when it is busy
gh-pulse now says when it is busy.
In gh-pulse show, a fetch shows a spinner: a busy line under the header with the live count of repositories fetched, the same glyph on the range button that is loading, and a spinner in the panel when nothing is loaded yet. It is hqtui 0.6.0's new spinner widget, which animates from the app clock with no timer in the caller.
On the command line, a range scan or a daily run shows a one-row spinner on stderr with the latest progress when stderr is a terminal. Cron and pipes still get plain lines, so the cron log is unchanged. Scans report progress every ten repositories through the traffic and event phases instead of only at the end.
