HD images inside your app. OpenEmoji and OpenIcon artwork is now drawn as real pixels in a running hqtui app, not just as a one-off write.

  • createImageStore({ write, onReady }) uploads each PNG once as a Kitty Unicode-placeholder image.
  • drawRichText() swaps emoji in text for their artwork, drawIcon() draws an OpenIcon, and drawImage() draws any loaded image.
  • The images are drawn as ordinary cells, so redraws, scrolling, clipping and tmux all keep them.
  • It turns on in Kitty and Ghostty. Over SSH or in tmux (with set -g allow-passthrough on), set HQTUI_IMAGES=1; HQTUI_IMAGES=0 turns it off. Everywhere else it draws the text.

Fix: an explicit ansi256(n) colour is now sent as a palette index in truecolor terminals. It used to come out as rgb(0,0,n).
