A new events collection at /events: who is playing where and when.

  • musicbrainz-events: about 126,000 concerts, festivals, stage shows, conventions and award ceremonies from the MusicBrainz JSON dumps, with performers by role, venue and coordinates, date and local start time, cancellations and reschedules, setlists, and links to ticketing, setlist.fm, Songkick and Bandsintown. CC0.
  • wikidata-festivals: every music festival on Wikidata (about 7,500) with website, place, genres, founding year and its MusicBrainz series. CC0.
  • Feeds: coming up, upcoming concerts, on sale, music festivals, setlists.

No ticket prices: Ticketmaster and SeatGeek terms forbid storing their data. 5,033 events link straight to their ticketing page instead.

Also: MusicBrainz dates with an unknown year (????-04-01) are no longer read as 2001.
