First release. Signup, domain verification (DNS TXT over DNS-over-HTTPS, or a /.well-known file), niches, a commission rate that climbs from 20% to 80%, a payout address and earnings. Mounts on the host's existing auth via currentUser(); it never sees a password. Verification tokens are HMACs of the domain under a required secret.
