First release: a Node x402 v2 payer with a local key. createClient({ key }).fetch(url) pays a 402 once and files the pass; pay, passFor; CLI x402 pay|pass|fetch|address|passes; EIP-3009 signing on noble, held byte for byte to CoinPay Wallet's signer; Lightpanda/Puppeteer example. 38 tests.
