Aggregate core.editor command list in Appendix

In "1.6 Getting Started", you show how to configure emacs and notepad++.exe. Some more core.editor command have been collected by GitHub, Atlassian and others, so that people probably rely on Google to find the proper command for their editor.

How about:

• aggregating all those commands in this book (e.g. in Appendix-C) and
• refering to it from 1.6,

so that the effort of maintaining list can be centralised, both for users, trainers and editor developers?

If there is agreement, I volunteer to send a PR with an initial list and to notify the above-mentioned projects about this new, kinda official core.editor command list.
