Make current Custom Launch API integration the README's primary entry point and explain the versioned policy sources, while keeping historical GitHub submissions and frozen compatibility records distinct. Link the central GitBook quickstart, current discovery and scoped API keys, and use the supplied shared banner as the only image.
Validation: authority inventory regenerated; complete npm test passed. Public-surface assertions follow the new Markdown introduction; policy values, historical records and frozen vendor bytes are unchanged.
