Initial canonical project registry and public application ledger.

  • Seeds Classic, Stock-Paired, and Deep with distinct evidence-backed states
  • Adds bounded live search indexes and immutable history
  • Adds the six-file public application intake with read-only trusted validation
  • Preserves existing legacy application review threads

The new Registry intake remains in prelaunch until the matching Programmable v4 Builder release activates it. This release is not an audit, deployment approval, or Uniswap endorsement.
