The public launch review surface now uses one canonical name and repository identity.

This release includes:

  • the Submit a Launch name across public copy, repository metadata and machine-readable registry records
  • canonical links and package metadata for 0xprogrammable/submit-launch
  • immutable registry history for version 1.2.0
  • explicit fee-policy and prelaunch boundaries
  • preserved v1 schema identifiers for compatibility with existing tooling

Public intake remains prelaunch. This release does not activate a reviewer, launch authority, Router path or wallet self-service flow.
