Submit a Launch v1.4.0 moves the maintained intake contract to Node 24 LTS and the exact stable Hookbuilder v0.5.1 release.

Highlights:

  • Node 24 is the only maintained CI runtime across repository, bounded-application, and trusted-main verification.
  • The vendored Hookbuilder skill is bound to public release v0.5.1, commit 547482adf6ed0ed19e9cd4d0e884abd70e143229, and skill tree b7a0eeec627b2fd2dfe24fcadd35befcd42b8cec.
  • New applications use Submission 1.6 with independent selected, effective, platform, and project buy/sell fee fields. The inclusive per-side formula remains effective=max(selected,1000); platform=1000; project=effective-1000 in hundredths of a bip.
  • Registry history 1.4.0 is append-only. Earlier releases and legacy application threads remain historical and unchanged.
  • End-to-end transport canary: #26, bound to Submit commit 0cc100878a6040da663f2be43d10351683663a42, with trusted Node 24, public-intake, and CodeQL checks successful.

This release validates the public review intake contract. It does not accept or audit an application, deploy code, approve routing or provider availability, authorize a launch, or prove anything live onchain.
