Programmable Launch CLI 1.0.1

Patch release for the public Custom Launch API packager.

  • Keeps generated no-broadcast rehearsal evidence strictly pre-submit: pack, validate, submit, and status are all false until those actions actually occur.
  • Documents authenticated submit/status output and the API resource as separate evidence.
  • Retains exactly four commands: pack, validate, submit, and status.
  • Retains deterministic request-byte/idempotency binding, exact-source packaging, secret-store API-key loading, and the mandatory stop before wallet signing or broadcast.

Install only the attached versioned tarball and verify its attached SHA-256 file. Generic fee claiming and buyback management for arbitrary hooks are not active.
