Public production maintenance release for the deterministic Custom Launch API V2.

  • Keeps pack, validate, submit, and status behavior compatible with 2.0.0.
  • Reports only safe structured API error fields, including retry guidance and request IDs, without exposing API keys or request bytes.
  • Corrects public discovery language: the Custom Launch API is live; the legacy Registry/GitHub submission intake is closed.
  • Ethereum Mainnet only. The controller wallet separately reviews and signs the exact prepared transaction.
  • Production profile revision 3 enforces 10 bps to the disclosed Programmable reward wallet.
  • Generic fee claiming and buyback management are not live.
