The last state before the delegation refactor: PaymentExecution + DelegationGrant
replaced the 8-field MandateBody (MANDATE_BODY_TYPEHASH). Recoverable checkpoint for
the old protocol flow; NOT forward-supported (the new wire is incompatible — different
typehashes, signatures do not cross-verify). See the new-wire cutover.
