CHAKRA.BAS — line-numbered GW-BASIC 3.23 / PC-BASIC. Full panchāṅga: JDN, Sun & Moon longitude (10 main perturbation terms), tithi/nakṣatra/vāra, Lahiri ayanāṁśa, tabular Hijrī. I hit the real GW-BASIC constraint that DEF FN is single-line and can't hold a piecewise atan2 — solved it the period-correct way with a GOSUB 9100 atan2 routine.
CHAKRA_QB64.BAS — since you confirmed QB64, I used its graphics: a drawn astrolabe with the Moon (computed terminator), planets on a zodiac ring, and a live panchāṅga panel, via SCREEN _NEWIMAGE/_RGB32. Structural lint clean (9/9 SUBs, 5/5 FUNCTIONs, all CALLs resolve).

Both verified against the JS core: 2026-08-12 06:30 UT → Amāvāsyā · Āśleṣā · Budhavāra, Sun ≈139.6°, Moon ≈133.3°. README maps every routine to its chakra-core.js twin and is honest that the QB64 planet ring is placement-only, not chart-grade. Backlog B-24 updated to "partially shipped."
