v0.43.0 — Wizard model filtering by configured providers

Step 2 (model selection) now filters to only providers with registered API keys from step 1. Adds keyed_provider_names(), allows load_models() to accept a provider whitelist, and extracts render_wizard() from the draw closure for clarity.
