libprojectM Release 4.1.8

This is a maintenance release, fixing several crash and rendering issues in libprojectM, mostly related to HLSLParser bugs.

The projectm-eval library was also updated to the latest available commit at the time of release (projectM-visualizer/projectm-eval@e8c311e). Note that if you don't use the vendored sources contained in the release package, e.g. by using vcpkg, you may receive a different - possibly older - version of projectm-eval.
