Dakota migrated to reusable-promote-squash in projectbluefin/dakota#811. bluefin and bluefin-lts already use reusable-promote-squash. Zero callers remain once dakota#811 merges. reusable-promote.yml(12,364 bytes) which has been superseded byreusable-promote-squash.yml.All three consumers have migrated away from
reusable-promote.yml:reusable-promote-squashreusable-promote.ymlnow has zero callers — safe to delete.Why squash is better: Fresh squash branch on every run — no staleness, no conflict drift, no 12-step polling loop.
Part of factory code reuse audit. Eliminates 12KB of obsolete code.
