---## Problem

projectbluefin/bonedigger is a critical diagnostic tool that feeds issue lifecycle and template sync into the entire factory — but it is not itself part of the factory model:

• No AGENTS.md (no operating contract for agents)
• No hive/p0, hive/p1, or queue/* labels
• No auto-merge
• No delete-branch-on-merge
• CI is broken (PAT ban check-sb-key is missing #13, wrong namespace fix(bonedigger): sync-templates.yml pushes to ublue-os/* — wrong namespace post-migration #408)
• Issue build: use buildah in Justfile for consistency with CI #6 ("create the repo") is still open despite the repo existing

Fix

Formally onboard bonedigger as a factory member or declare it adjacent infrastructure with a documented operating contract.

Minimum:

1. Add AGENTS.md
2. Add hive and queue labels
3. Enable auto-merge and delete-branch-on-merge
4. Fix the two blocking CI issues (check-sb-key is missing #13, fix(bonedigger): sync-templates.yml pushes to ublue-os/* — wrong namespace post-migration #408)
5. Close issue build: use buildah in Justfile for consistency with CI #6
